They go to bed hungry almost every night.

One of the neighbors heard about Sonshine Village for Children and contacted our staff. The whole village was very excited when they heard that Sonshine Ministry agreed to receive Anuary, Mohamed and Zulfa into the children's village.

Anuary is still very fearful, he was withdrawn when we first met with him but has recently started to be more outgoing and open. All three of the children are excited to have a home they can live in and a new family who will love them and take care of their needs.

Zulfa and, her brothers Mohamed and Anuary where all left alone after losing both parents to HIV/AIDs 3 years ago. Zulfa's grandmother is a lady of great faith. Our staff has seen her dedication to the children ever since she began caring for them 3 years ago. Due to Mama Juma's extreme age Sonshine Ministry agreed to receive Zulfa, Anuary and Mohamed into the children's village. Zulfa began to weep with happiness when she learned she and her brothers would come to a safe new home.
