Sonshine Helping Others

Through the support of caring sponsors, donors, and partners, Sonshine Ministries tithes monthly funding and available resources to help other local ministries with critical needs and support. This inspiration comes from God's revealing to Sonshine that "Tanzania will be blessed of the Lord and all will see and know that the Lord is blessing Tanzania." It is our priviledge and honor to help others whenever we can.

New Stars Foundation

Arusha, Tanzania

New Stars Foundation, founded in 2019 is a small NGO located in Arusha, Tanzania. They are committed to helping underprivileged children and women achieve a safe and happy life through the provision of basic needs, education, and love. Along with helping provide food, Sonshine has provided funding for New Stars to train a care worker.

SuCare

King'ori, Tanzania

SuCare, located in Malula village near King'ori, 3 miles from Sonshine's property, has a similar committment to help communities and forever change children's lives. Sonshine has been helping SuCare care for 16 children by providing additional food and assistance including funding to formally train and certify a care worker. 

IKUNDA

Usa River, Tanzania

Sonshine is assisting iKunda Orphanage in Usa River, Meru District care for 27 children by improving the safety and health of buildings on their property,  providing additional food, and training 3 skilled care workers. iKunda has been operating since (year) and rescues children from severe abuse and extreme poverty.

Yerusalemu

King'ori, Tanzania

Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG) Yerusalemu is located in Malula village near King'ori. Its main focus is reaching the unreached with the Gospel through missionary outreach as led by the Holy Spirit. Sonshine's experience with orphaned and abandoned children helps in Yerusalemu's outreach.

LiKe House of Prayer is a weekly, home meeting where passionate saints of God are led by the Holy Spirit in worship, praise, intercession, and testimony sharing. They are one of the first home groups to include Sonshine in the group of international ministries they support, 

JYM Prayer Fellowship

Vancouver, Washington, USA

JYM Prayer Fellowship is a Friday night home group of diverse believers who gather together to worship, pray, fellowship, and experience God's fullness. Currently sponsoring 3 children at Sonshine, the group enjoys regular video connections with the children.
